  • Better team players 
  • Exhibit better customer service skills 
  • Exhibit higher organisational commitment 
  • Better sales performance 

Getting in touch with your feelings – as opposed to leaving them at the door – is actually essential to success in the workplace. 

Emotional Intelligence is being More aware. More intentional. More purposeful. It is no longer a nice-to-have, it is an essential skill for success in the 4th industrial revolution.
