A recent Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) reports have found that Trust – or lack thereof – is going to be one of the biggest leadership issues in the coming years. It is at the very root of any relationship we have. Trust may not be visible but it holds the relationship sturdy, strong and upright. 

Trust is both a cause & effect of company culture. 

Leaders can’t demand trust, they must earn it – by ensuring transparency & demonstrating care. When leaders don’t care, leaders don’t lead. Remember, emotions drive people & people drive performance. 

Emotional Intelligence is being smart with feelings 

More aware. More intentional. More purposeful.
